Noah Rouen is the founder and president of The Rouen Group. Rouen utilizes creativity and a forward thinking approach to help achieve his clients communications needs. He brings skills in media relations, advocacy, grassroots communications and issue advertising, to build effective campaigns.
Throughout his career Rouen has worked for some of the biggest names in business and politics. Political leaders and CEOs trust Rouen and his team to manage their communications and position them and their companies positively with customers, shareholders and the general public.
In 2013, Rouen was honored with the TwinWest’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award and has been recognized by Politics in Minnesota for leading one of the top public affairs campaigns.
Noah and his wife Keri, live in Plymouth, Minnesota with their four children Connor, Preston, Gavin and Jackson. Noah is an active member of the community serving on many non-profit boards Tickets for Kids Charities, The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation, The Pals Family Foundation and The Sanneh Foundation.
Noah has also been a featured guest on PBS' ALMANAC Political Panel.
